Rendered images of the Google Pixel 8a model, which will be showcased on May 14, have been shared. Thus, it has been confirmed that the phone will be available in green, white, black, and blue color options. However, we can say that the device will have a design with more rounded edges, unlike its predecessor.
Yogesh Brar, known for his leaks in the industry, revealed the technical features and price of Google Pixel 8a. Accordingly, the smartphone will feature an OLED panel that offers 6.1 inch FHD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
The processor to be used in the device will be Tensor G3. In fact, last year’s Geekbench performance test results of the chipset were 1,218 points in single-core and 3,175 points in multi-core. In addition, it will be available to users with 128/256 GB internal storage options. The smartphone is expected to be introduced at the Google I/O conference to be held in May .
There will be a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front and a horizontal dual camera on the back consisting of a 64-megapixel main with OIS support and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. Straight out of the box, the device, which will run the Android 14 operating system, will be powered by a 4,500-mAh battery that can charge at 27W speeds. Finally, the price range of the model will be between 500 and 550 dollars.
